1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using sweetsignals.online (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual offense or are prohibited by law from using it.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate, and your photos must be of you.
4. Community rules
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or intimidation.
- No nudity or sexually explicit content in public profile photos.
- No soliciting money, commercial promotion or escort services.
- No impersonation or fake profiles.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Paid memberships
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. See the Billing & Refund Policy.
6. Safety
We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Please follow our safety guidance.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Signals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
