Getting started
Is Sweet Signals free to join?
Yes. Creating a profile, taking the compatibility quiz, receiving daily matches and sending signals are all free. Paid plans unlock unlimited messaging and more — see Plans & Pricing.
Who can join?
Sweet Signals is for single adults aged 18 and over. You'll confirm your date of birth when you sign up.
How do I get verified?
From your profile, tap 'Get verified' and take a quick selfie matching the pose shown. Our team reviews it, usually within a few hours.
Matching & messaging
What is a 'signal'?
A signal is how you tell someone you're interested. If they signal you back, you match and can start chatting.
Why can't I message my match?
Free members can reply to messages from premium members. Unlimited messaging starts on the Silver plan.
Can I hide my profile?
Yes. You can pause your profile at any time, and Gold and Platinum members can browse in incognito mode.
Billing
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Membership → Cancel. You'll keep premium features until the end of the period you've paid for.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, subscriptions renew at the same term and price until you cancel. We'll email you a reminder before 6-month plans renew.

How do I report someone?
Use the report button on their profile or in your chat, or email contact@sweetsignals.online.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos and messages.
